JOB DESCRIPTION:

(1) Define standards, procedures and assessment criteria for processes health for key processes;
(2) Review audit standard annually to push site to achieve excellence;
(3) Work with sites on corrective actions and tabulate the audit result for Hi-p management system;
(4) Support CQE/PQE implement quality tools in production, to ensure corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement effectiveness;
(5) Work with site to improve the inspection plan, MTD, measurement jig, productivity of FA&IPQC, to ensure effectiveness of in-process quality controls.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

(1) Bachelor degree of Science/Engineering or equivalent education background;
(2) More than 5 years’ experience in mechanical/electrical manufacturing work field includes more than 3 years' experience in quality control and process quality management;
(3) Be familiar with quality tools;
(4) Be familiar with the knowledge of TS16949 standard and 5 Tools;(PPAP/APQP/SPC/MSA/FMEA) , Knowledge of six sigma is preferred.
