Reporting to the Managing Director of euroscript China and in close relation with the group’s executive level, the business developer will manage the growth of the customer base by acquiring new accounts through promotion and sales of Language Services and related solutions.
This position is based in Suzhou or Shanghai
Your responsibilities:
1. Identify prospective customers for Language Services and Content/Document Management, typesetting/DTP within defined industries and geographical territories;
2. Coldヽall, prospect, and qualify into target accounts and leads;
3. Manage sales cycles to closure, including discovery, product demonstration, validation,
proposal, negotiation, and contract execution;
4. Work with the sales operations and marketing teams to execute sales campaigns and
marketing strategies;
5. Actively participate in sales activities to identify and close add﹐n sales and opportunities to the existing customer base;
6. Writing offers with high technological content;
7. Influence portfolio to better meet market demand based on customers’ requests and input;
8. Analyze the market and continuously screen its developments to react effectively to opportunities and trends.
9. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
10. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
11. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials;
12. Team work and team building.
13. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
14. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
15. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
16. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Your profile:
Bachelor Degree
1.3 years’ relevant experience in business development and/or sales of complex services to
Medium / large B2B customers of manufacturing, automation or energy and chemical industries。
2.Strong track record of building qualified sales pipelines through direct or partner sales, strategic selling, working independently and as part of a team selling model。
3.Excellent communicating skills with fluency in English and in Chinese。
4.Self-starter with the ability to efficiently work in a multi-cultural, multi-product line environment
