1、根据市场战略,设计并制定公司产品广告策划方案、传播策略、品牌推广活动方案及相关预算,并组织人员实施,对实施过程进行全面的监督和指导;
2、负责竞争品牌市场调查(包括使用率/知名度调查、品牌定位调查和产品使用实态调查),跟踪新品上市情况,及时调整市场推广方案;
3、负责公司产品的策划工作,包括根据市场信息、客户需求,制定销售方案(会议方案、加盟方案、产品改良方案、新品促销方案等);
4、承担市场政策、促销活动及各种会议的策划工作,提升品牌整体形象;
5、组织、协调、监督市场推广方案和促销方案的开展执行,并负责制定各种促销推广管理制度,有效的控制市场宣传费用,对促销推广活动进行考察评估;
任职资格:
1. 本科以上学历,3年以上相关工作经验;
2. 具备较强的策划能力,有较强的文字功底,创新意识;
3. 工作态度积极主动,协调合作能力强;
4. 执行能力强,以结果为导向,有团队合作精神及管理经验;
5. 熟悉品牌策划的全部流程;
6. 熟练使用MS Office办公软件,如:Excel、Word、Outlook、and PPT等。

Job description:
1, According to the market strategy, design and develop the company product advertising planning scheme, communication strategy, brand promotion activity plan and related budget, and organize personnel implementation of implementation, comprehensive supervision and guidance;
2, Responsible for competitive brand market survey (including usage/awareness survey, brand positioning research and product use investigations), tracking new products on the market situation, adjust marketing plan;
3, Responsible for the product planning work, including according to market information, customer demand, can make the sales plan (meeting scheme, join scheme, product improvement scheme, product promotion plan etc.);
4, Bear market policies, promotions and various meeting planning work, improve brand overall image;
5, Organization, coordination, supervision and marketing solution and promotion plan, and is responsible for the development of execution of promotional promotion management system formulated, effective control of promotion propaganda costs, market promotion activities investigation appraisal;
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in 3 years or above related working experience;
2. Have strong ability of planning, and have a strong writing skills, innovation consciousness;
3. Work attitude initiative, coordination and cooperation ability;
4. Executive ability is strong, result-oriented, has the team spirit of cooperation and management experience;
5. Familiar with the brand plan of all processes;
6. In using MS Office software, such as: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc-PPT.
