Responsibilities:
?Work with GaN High Power discrete new product development team through initial characterization, product down-select, and production release.
?Analyze statistical performance distributions, identify correlation and test trends, and recommend specification limits.
?Work with design team to define RF and DC test requirements, test plans, and data correlation, verification, and validation techniques.
?Work with fab and process teams to develop product performance trends to improve yield strategies.
?Actively manage product level qualification and reliability activities.
?Manage projects and interface with design group, sales & marketing group, production group and R&D group for new product development.

Job Requirements:
?Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or other relevant technical field.
?Deep understanding of statistical methods and analysis.
?Familiarity with semiconductor reliability and verification methods.
?Ability to present highly technical information to both internal and external teams and customers.
?Ability to communicate effectively across all areas of the company including engineering, operations, finance, sales and marketing.
?Understanding of RF testing (s-parameters, I-V, pulsed I-V, load-pull), calibration (SOLT, TRL, LRM, etc.), verification, and analysis is advantageous.
?Strong sense of urgency and willing to put in the extra effort and hours as needed in a fast paced start-up environment.
?Five years RF product engineering including experience with new technology development, characterization and deployment. Experience in RF product design, RF applications support, or RF semiconductor design is beneficial.
