Title: Application Engineer, ECB (Electromagnetic Clutches & Brakes Product)
Report to: General Manager
Location: Changzhou

Summary
- 本科以上，ECB（电磁离合器及制动器) 等传动件行业5 年以上工作经验；
- 英语熟练；
- 实施产品的设计改进与优化；
- 组织新产品的试制、测试、鉴定；
- 负责产品技术转化和制造技术交底工作；
- 根据用户或公司其他部门的要求进行设计修改和设计改进；
- 执行方案，并进行产品鉴定，生产转化，技术规范制定工作；
- 为产品的投标提供技术支持；
- 为代理商与合作伙伴的产品提供技术支持；
Responsibilities
- To prepare for customer inquiries by studying products application and customer requirements.
- To respond to customer inquires by understanding inquiry; reviewing previous inquires and responses;
- To gather, research, assembly and forward information with various functional departments.
- To develop conceptual designs to facilitate customer integration and application opportunities.
- To work with salespersons and customer technical personnel to facilitate sale of the product.
- Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
- Investigates and resolves manufacturing related quality issues, review and analysis NCR reports for product disposals.
- Provides product presentation to qualified customers on request.
- Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests.
- Emphasizes engineered features and advantages.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university,
- Engineering (Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology) or other technical discipline;
- Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Design experience of ECB is preferred;
- Solid 3D CAD experience, Pro-E and finite element analysis experience preferred
Skills and abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and experienced working with customers;
- Outstanding communication skills in Chinese and English both written and verbal;
- Customer Oriented, Result driven, able to work independently;
- Ability and interest to travel to customers, as well as travel internationally for training and meeting from time to time.
