Report to: Sweden HQ Strategic Purchase Department
?Key responsibilities主要职责:
?Maintain and develop a supplier base that meet the requirements from Permobil today and in the future
?Conduct sourcing initiatives for new suppliers, supplier evaluations, audits
?Manage cost reduction initiatives for purchased parts,
?Continuously follow up, audit and run supplier development programs to improve supplier performance i.e. quality, delivery and price
?Maintain supplier data in the business system
?Send out inquiries, evaluate quotations and sign product orders
?Phase out of parts/spare parts by the end of the product life cycle
?Phase out of suppliers
?Requirement要求：
?Approve new suppliers
?Sign Permobil Cooperation and Purchasing agreement with suppliers
?Sign agreements for new items with suppliers
?University education in combination with work experience from strategic purchasing. Technical, financial.
?Professional training:
-Purchasing training programme
-Business agreements and negotiation
-Supplier evaluation/auditing and supplier development
-Lean production
-Logistics
-Quality systems and control
?MS Office, Scala, MxFinder, PermoDoc.
?Business English – negotiation level, other languages
?Experience from negotiations.
?Quality, logistics and production engineering
?Product knowledge
?Cost drivers and cost break down analysis
?Acts as the demanding customer
?Confident in handling arguments/conflicts with suppliers
?Ability to switch focus from a long term perspective to work with short term actions when the situation requires
?Continuously plans, follow up and report progress of the work
?Easy to communicate with - likes to work in a team
