Requirment:

1. Bachelor degree in electronics or engineering. At least 3 years’ Supplier quality experience
2. Good communication, reporting skills and coordination capability.
3. Good skills and competency on problems solving.
4. Depth knowledge in Electronic Components, PCBA, Display/Advertisement Device and related software like Android, is highly preferred

5. Knowledge in LED, Metal, Plastics products and tools is a plus

6. Knowledge in safety standard and approvals is a plus

7. Good English reading, writing and can communicate in English.
8. Familiar with ISO, TS quality system

9. Can work independently and proactively

9. Able to travel frequently

Responsilities:

1. Managing inspection on suppliers’ products, tracking and improving suppliers’ quality performance, working together with suppliers to have corrective actions on non-conformity.
2. Focus on Electronic components, Display/Advertisement Device and related software like Android, PCBA but also covers LED, Metal, Plastic products and tools, is to provide support from quality aspect to Sourcing/Purchasing activities.
3.Provide expertise and guidance to suppliers making sure that they set up and control manufacturing processes that consistently deliver products that meet HL quality standards.
4.Also responsible for supplier approval and audit
5.Follow up supplier noncompliance and failure and CAPA(Corrective Action & Preventive Action) report, dedicate to the troubleshooting and problem solving.
6.Visit supplier’s site before they dispatch the products to perform quality inspection
7.Support sourcing/purchasing team at new supplier selection and existing supplier qualification
8.Support sourcing/purchasing team to evaluate the process capability in supplier site and to work out the new part approval/inspection process
9.Define the inspection criteria of new parts. And give training to supplier if necessary.
10.Plan and conduct product audit and system audit at supplier.

11.Travel to supplier’s site for product inspection and making inspection report

12.Travel to supplier’s site for audit and making audit report

13.Follow up customer complaint on quality, work with supplier on root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action report

14.Monitor/Ensure/Improve quality performance of suppliers

15.Supplier Sourcing from quality aspect in China and Asia Pacific for different products

16.Reading/understanding engineering drawings

17.Support purchasing team from quality point of view for compensation on supplier’s noncompliance.

18.Work out different quality control processes for different products

19.Visit suppliers from time to time to check their manufacturing process to ensure the quality can be assured

20.Work on product safety approval like CE, CB, FCC, UL etc
