Responsibility

1. Process improvement and parameters optimization;
2. Problem diagnosis and solving, to reduce scrap and downtime;
3. Develop, review and update Work Standards including PFMEA and WI;
4. Provide training for operators;
5. Coordinate for analysis of quality issues and take action for quality improvement
6. Strive for continuous Improvement and Health, safety & environment.
7. Participate in project management.



Requirements:

1. Above 3 years'experience in manufacturing with similar position;
2. Experience in process improvement and problem solving;
3. High analytical thinking ability;
4. Good at computer skills,CAD plus;
5. Team work spirit and good at communication;
6. Can do work by hand.
7. Automotive industry experience preferred, but not mandatory
