工作经验要求：
1.大专以上学历，5年以上的工作经验，具有订单管理及跟踪，计划及物流相关方面的工作经历，25岁以上（已婚已育者优先）
2.负责从项目引入直到量产阶段客户订单的接收，下达，跟踪交货，请款以及货款收回
3.具备英语沟通能力，尤其是读和写,有英语口头沟通能力更好
4.性格偏外向，具有一定情绪控制和自我调整能力，认真负责，有耐心
5.沟通能力强，领悟力好，讲话有条理，思路清晰，具备一定的沟通谈判能力
岗位职责：
1.负责新项目阶段信息的收集和传递，包括图纸，价格，样品和模具订单，项目计划等； Be responsible for the related information collection from customer,then transfer it to company internally,including drawing, price, sample order and tooling order,project schedule, ect.
2.跟踪项目的进展状态，及时完成模具的销售和开票，订单类型的转换，必要时推动协调客户端样品和PPAP的批准； Follow project progress,finish tooling sales and invoice,change sales order type accordingly, coordinate and push sample and PPAP approval when necessary.
3.及时将客户需求转化为公司内部的销售订单，协调相关部门完成订单评审，及时回复客户承诺交货日期；Timely transfer customer demand into sales order company internally, coordinate related department to do order acknowledgement,and reply customer committed delivery date
4.随时了解收集客户端需求及其变化，加以分析和调整后更新销售预测，给公司内部的运营安排提供依据;Collection information of customer demand and related fluctuations, do analysis& adjustment , update sales forecast for company operation planning base.
5.与客户沟通，保持良好的业务关系，及时回复客户的相关要求，为业务的拓展提供强有力的支持;Communicate with customer to keep good business relationship, timely reply all requirement from customer ,give strong support for business expand and development.
6.合理分配订单管理员的工作，协调解决其工作中的困难，必要时给予培训提升下属的工作技能和工作积极性，保持团队的稳定。Allocate work load for order adminstrators reasonably, coordinate and solve the difficulty for them,provide training when necessary to improve subordinators' skills and initiative, so that keep team stable
7.协调推动内部的物流供应链，缩短交货周期，配合客户执行不同的交货模式，如准时交货，寄售，叫料等等，保障客户准时交货，同时降低公司内部的库存。Coordinate and push supply chain and logistics,shorten lead time,support customer with different shipment mode such as JIT,Consignment,call-off and milk run...garantee on time delivery to customer meanwhile decrease inventory internally.
8.销售经理分配的其他工作任务；
Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager.
