Areas of Responsibility 职责范围

1. All types of equipment repair, maintain and adjust, including facility 各类设备的维修、保养、调试

2.All equipments set up and the auxiliary fixture make-up and installation

各类设备的定位和生产时需辅助工具的制作和安装

3.5S management in responsible equipments 对本部门负责设备的5S管理

4.Fill in all the needed records as equipments file, equipment tracking card. 填写设备档案和设备跟踪卡

5.Daily inspection in equipment 设备的日常点检

6.Repair and maintain the factory facilities, as water, air compressor, greenery 各类厂房设施的维护，如自来水和压缩空气气路、厂内绿化等

7.Assist electricians in repair and maintenance for electric parts 协助电工对电器设备的维修和保养

8.Actualize the repair plan for equipments and dies, including daily inspection(twice each work shift) 设备维修计划的实施，包括日常巡检服务（每个工作班二次）

9. Take part in the working place 5S 参与工作场所的5S工作

10. Other tasks assigned by maintenance supervisor 维修主管布置的其他工作 要求： -Mechanical Engineer with secondary technical school background 机械工程类中专以上学历 - 3+ years of work experience in manufacturing company 制造公司三年以上工作经验 - Work experiences from Electric Mechanical industry 电气机械工业工作经验 -Work experiences from Electric- Mechanical production, Engineering experience cover some/all of following areas: high volume mechanical assembly work, stamping, wire forming etc. 机电类经验，接触过下列部分或全部领域：大量机械组装工作，冲压，冷镦等。 - Quick response, high responsibility 快速反应，高度负责 工作地点：万祥工业园区（惠南镇的南边10公里）
