Experience / Requirements:
本科及以上学历,流利的英语口语和书写能力, 女性
至少3年以上的服装公司相关工作经验,最好具备外资公司工作经验
Bachelor degree and above, fluent spoken & written English.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a garment company,
preferably in a foreign company.
工作积极主动，服从工作安排，有团队合作精神,有上进心
Initiative and proactive,obey supervisor’s arrangement,Active team player,Aggressive.
Responsibilities:
检查确认货代的船期时间表。
制做运输计划/准备所有细节(如立方米、毛重等)并发送进行订舱。
去出入境检验检疫局(中国检验检疫)并准备报关文件。
安排卡车或集装箱运送货物到上海港口。
跟进准备提单和形式发票,及时把提单和形式发票传递给会计部门。
Check the forwarder’s vessel schedule.
Do shipping plan/prepare the details (cubic meter,gross weight,etc.)and send for booking.
Go to CIQ (China Inspection and Quarantine) to prepare the document for custom declaration.
Arrange the truck or container for send goods to Shanghai port.
Push the bl,and prepare the formA,follow bl and formA sent to account department on ti
准备并完成包装指示
订购纸箱和塑胶袋
从指定供应商处订购标签,包括主标,尺码标签等
Prepare the packing instruction.
Order carton and polybag.
Ordering the labels including main label,size label etc.from nominated suppliers.
