Customer service officer (Joint-venture Company)

Report to: GM&FM

Location: Qinpu district, will relocate to Wujiang Fenghu economic district, Jiangsu province

Job description:
- Assist the GM of Xiamen Office on the building good relationship with On-Trade channel KA, ensuring that agreed strategies and tactics are put in practice according to plan, and monitoring effectiveness of tactical execution;
- Effective use of marketing tools with respect to the management or organized accounts. Such tools include account file, account plan, business review and activity plan;
- Implement all Accounts’ activities, and measuring the result against target with respect to these activities.
- Efficiently communicate with colleagues and provide supervisors for sales
- To cooperate closely with the other staffs in the company to make continuous development.

Job requirement:
- At least 3 years customer service experience in the fields of import & export industry

- Experience of key account is a must
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good communicator;
- Sharp sense of marketing;
- Excellent managing abilities of customers;
- Self-motivated, energetic and reliable;
- Practiced application skills of computer;
- University graduate preferred;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both in oral and written.
