职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责对生产异常进行跟踪处理，对发生的质量事故制定纠正预防措施，并跟踪验证改善效果；
2、负责与测试、质量相关的工作流程的审核工作；
3、组织相应人员沟通确认新品质量控制点，对隔离品进行及时处理；
岗位要求更新如下：
1、熟悉集成电路的生产、测试流程及基本原理；
2、了解基本的封装工艺知识；
3、具有良好的沟通协调能力及较强的质量管理意识；
4、两年及以上的相关背景工作经验；
5、具有战略、策略化思维，有能力建立、整合及推动不同的工作团队；
6、具有较强的计划性和实施执行能力；
7、工作积极主动、责任心强；
8、微电子专业或相关专业，本科及以上学历
