职位描述：
1.资料文件的整理收集存档、知识管理；
2.接受客户订单，并与财务对接相关工作；
3.协助领导完善部门规章制度和操作流程规范，做好的后勤支持；
4.相关的销售协议、采购合同等存档管理。

岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，1年以上商务相关领域工作经验；
2.计算机熟练，熟练掌握Office办公软件,有一定的文字功底；
3.有采购、销售方面的经验，有一定的财务知识；
4.良好的语言表达及较强的沟通能力，工作认真、细致，积极进取，善于学习与创新。
