主要职责：
1.售前测试方案和报价,售后客户反应问题的处理方案。
2.根据售前方案制定详细的功能,测试方案，组织方案实施并确保顺利交付和验收。
3.对在执行的项目进行技术确认和解决执行项目的技术问题。
4.管理项目内下属工程师的日常工作安排和进度，以及对其进行技术培训。.
5.对相关部门提供测试帮助,提供测试结果和问题;

任职要求：
1.5年以上ICT/FCT功能测试软硬件开发经验.
2.熟练使用Agilent/GR检测调试机台.
3.基本掌握电子测试方法和流程（功能测试、可靠性测试、老化测试）。
4.快速的学习能力，良好的分析和解决问题的能力。
5.有较强的学习能力和主动性，良好的团队合作精神和严谨的工作态度。
