Job Specifications:

1. University education, major in electrical engineering or related;
2. Three years production equipment development related experience;
3. Common oral English, can communicate with headquarter development engineer;
4. GE or Omron PLC program skill is required;
5. Labview or related program experience is preferred;
6. Mechanism application concept experience is preferred;
7. DVT, DOE, FMEA related experience is preferred;
8. Sound field basic knowledge is preferred;
9. Weld application experience is preferred;
10. Some travel to (瑞士/潍坊)may be required.

Job Summary:
Designs and builds any equipment required to support and assist in the design and prototyping of new test and production equipment. Design and fabricate production equipment to keep production lines running smoothly with minimum of downtime.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Design, fabricate and set up new product equipment as required;
2. Collaborates with headquarter or supplier in the design and prototyping of new complicated systems designed;
3. Production line’s equipment modification or upgrade;
4. Performs required maintenance or trouble shooting to prototype line, lab and production line equipment;
5. New equipment qualification plan release and implement before new equipment release to production;
6. Support IAS&KS for new process development;
7. Study automation process equipment concept design.
