Job Specifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer;
2. Preferred to be capable for on CAD software, Pro-E, SolidWork;
3. Have experiences in PE or AME role in Knowles related product line for 2 years;
4. Minimum 7 years working experiences on AME related job;
5. Familiar with DOE;
6. Acoustic Knowledge is preferred;
7. Requires a self-motivated individual that has the ability to manage complex projects and processes;
8. Good teamwork sense, can work well with cross function team;
9. Minimum English written capability (CET4).

Job Summary:
1. Responsible to work with RD Site (Vienna/Beijing) to develop Industrialization Process for KEW(楼氏潍坊) to ramp up IAS product;
2. Early involvement in NPI from Design Stage to Ramp Up stage;
3. Support KEW to build prototype & assure prototype build success;
4. Review the findings to RD team with solid evidence;
5. Propose proper design change to RD to assure next build smoothly;
6.Responsible to meet Industrialization Process time line;
7. Responsible to assure ramp up yield up to 90%;
8. Cooperate with related tool design group & PE for above process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct “mechanism feasibility” review on new product;
2. Propose DOE to resolve the issues encountered in pilot build;
3. Propose Production Process Flow Chart with KEW involvement;
4. Responsible to come up time line for RD & KEW;
5. Work with KEW to conduct JIG design; Equipment Set Up;
6. Act as a leader for “Sample Build” & come up improvement plan;
7. Work together with factory & vendor to improve product yield;
8. Frequent travel to KEW & RD site is required.
