Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Lead cross functional team and use all IE methods to
a)Identify opportunities around manufacturing process and use IE tools to manage OEE & Eng lose data collection and analysis
b)Analysis and improve plant layout and material flow, concerning safety/quality/productivity
2.Cooperate with NPI team to follow the whole process of new prod lead in
3.Maintain the capacity analysis tool and continue improve the tool based on business needs.
4.Responsible for build plan capacity support plan analysis and identify improvement opportunities. Work with production/engineering teams to provide a better support to customer with cost effective solutions.
5.Set up new products route and maintain the BOM in Oracle system.

Job Specifications:

1.Bachelor with major in Industrial Engineering, with minimum 5 years working experience in Industrial Engineering
2.Good communication skill and fluent oral and written English
3.Familiar with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD necessary.
4.Proficient/Fluent in English, Mandarin languages required (CET6).
5.Experience with cost & expense analysis, time study (MTM, standard time, etc.), process and motion analysis to optimize process, plant layout, Lean Manufacturing
6.Understand Ergonomics
