Major Responsibilities:

1.Ensure all new sourcing part launched on time to customer milestones and without quality complaints at least 90 days after SOP;
2. Ensure to get the best choice in sourcing activity from view of quality/cost/delivery/launch;
3. Ensure complete sourcing at/below cost book ,and comply global& regional commodity strategy;
4. Implement and support structure focused on development of advanced technology and supply base;
5. Achieve the yearly P2P cost reduction target by leverage with suppliers;
6. Work with ECM to set the global commodity strategy and keep the strategy;
7. Maintain the PMD (Part Management Database) continuously to ensure PMD synchronization with latest status.

Requiremets:

1. Bachelor degree, major in mechanical;
2. At least 5yrs of purchasing experience in the automotive industry;
3. Able to function independently with minimal supervision & technical guidance;
4. Excellent negotiation skills & strong English skills;
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills;
6. Interpersonal skills to work effectively with others;
7. Good organization and documentation abilities;
8. Ability to read blueprints and understand basic engineering documents;
9. Knowledge of commodities, materials and products being purchased;
10.High analytically ability in complex situations;
11.Knowledge of Purchasing strategies & skills;
12.Know China supplier database;
13.Must be able to travel;
14.Skilled in computer programs: word, excel, power point.
