Responsibilities(职位职责)
1.Good communicating Skill, inquiry customers needs accurately ,Provide professional consulting services

2.Efficiently search properties, based on needs,with an appointment
根据客户需求匹配房源,配备预约
3.Ability to take customers to view the property,
能够独立的带客户看房
4.Negotiation Skills with Landlords
同房东议价
5.Close contract
签订合同

Requirements(任职要求)
1.Fluent in Mandarin and English
英文流利,沟通无障碍
2.Good organisation and planning skills
较好组织和计划能力
3.Ability to operate highly flexible working hours
能够灵活的选择工作时间
4.Experienced in sales is preferred
有销售经验者优先考虑
5.Ability to work under pressure
能够承受高强度的工作压力
