requirement

Colleague or Bachelor degree;

Experience in HR area for at least 2 years and familiar
with, recruitment, employee management;

Good knowledge of English both in oral and written;

Knowledge in Chinese labor laws and related
regulations;

Software knowledge: MS-Office and HR related software,
SAP is an advantage.

Responsibility/Tasks
description：

General:

Execute all practice of human resource management and
implement various rules and regulations to support other departments;

Assist supervisor to build and improve the over-all HR
system, etc.;

Recruitment:

Coordinate with recruiting Manager to do recruiting
activities.

Cooperation Dispatch company to hire and control the
dispatched workers;

Interview schedule arrangement and participate the
interviews when necessary;

Offer preparation, new employee register process;

Interview record and result analyze.

Any
other tasks that are given by direct Manager
