The IT Engineer’s responsibility includes but is not limited to:

Install and perform repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.

Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.

Maintain Enterprise Resource applications including XA, TAI, ACManager (will provide training)

Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of operating systems, and appropriate software.
Apply operating system and software updates as required.

Support users by picking up help tickets from our Help Desk system, providing resolution, and closing out the help ticket.

Use online resources, confer with users, and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support.

Support remote locations in region by phone and remote access software.

Confer with IT staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Academic:
Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, information engineering, and information management, etc.

Experience:

Over 2 years IT support experience in foreign-invested manufacturing company.

Troubleshooting -- Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.

Reading Comprehension -- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.

Critical Thinking -- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

Computers and Electronics -- Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and Microsoft operating systems, partitions, file management structure, and networking.

Fluent written and oral English.

Adapt to traveling on business, good communication ability.
