职位描述

Summary: Sells products and services of the company by utilizing knowledge of process capabilities and effective salesmanship. Complete the selling process from initiating sales calls, communicating with customers, selling solutions (consultative selling), sales negotiations, and closing the sale. Works together with customers and potential customers by assisting in the design of their products to enable appropriate use of components, which can be produced by voestalpine Profilform Division.

Product and customer focus:

Cold roll forming special shape tubes and sections for automotive, bus, wagon, furniture, electrical cabin, power industry etc.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Maintain and stay abreast of market knowledge in respective areas of responsibility.

2. Evaluate inquiries and coordinate dissemination of key quotations with field representatives and Manager.

3. Assist international and field customers in the evaluation of design modifications that benefit the company and/or customer.

4. Visit customers and potential customers at their place of business when appropriate to enhance relationships with customers and insure appropriate knowledge of customer needs and requirements.

5. Complete the selling process from initiating sales calls, communicating with customers, selling solutions (consultative selling), sales negotiations, and closing the sale.

6. Effectively manage customer relationships.

7. Expected to increase current and new business through growth and profit evolution (i.e. Valuemax impact).

8. Maintain inter-company relationships, technical information and communications to be liaison for company and customers.

9. Review proposals from engineering for clarity, appropriateness and recommend changes.

10. Coordinate internal sales activities for assigned customers, insuring customers’ specific requirements are properly interpreted.

11. Work with customers to develop optimum product design to fit our capabilities.

12. Manage & implement customer pricing.

Job Knowledge/Technical Skills - Pursues training and development opportunities; Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills; Seeks professional development opportunities. Strong abilities and skills of international customer management and Chinese new customer development with 4 to 5 working experience in sales and/or marketing sections.

Education and/or Experience

- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or above of mechanical engineering from four-year college or university; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Good interpersonal and communication skill;

- Familiar with MS-office application, especially PPT and Excel

- Fluent English;

- Be positive, proactive, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and a good team player;

- Willing to travel
