Function: Process Engineer Tube Manipulation technology (Bend, laser cutting, ..)

Introduction:

Voestalpine Profilform China Co., Ltd is a new company, based in Suzhou Industrial Park. Scope of the company is design and manufacture of cold rolled sections and tubes and the further manipulation as bending, cut-to-length operation, 3-D laser and plasma cutting, …

Technical description:

1 Creation, maintenance, adaption of CNC program for 12 axis bender ( Beckhoff CNC control)

2 Creation, maintenance and adaption of CNC program for 3-D laser cutting machine (Trumpf)

3 Creation, maintenance and adaption of ABB robot CNC program

4 Train and assist production engineers and lead operators. The process engineer is considered as the specialist of the transformation technology

5 Design of new 3-D laser fixtures.

6 Design, implement, maintain and report of:

6.1 Assembly / dis-assembly instructions with accent to use SMED principle (SMED is theory and practise of Single Minute Exchange of Dies)

6.2 the quality instructions, quality methods, process parameters

6.3 preventive maintenance, spare part lists, maintenance instructions

6.4 Safety procedures

7 Fill up the gap between customer expectations (quality / process ) and the production engineering

Education level and skills:

1 Mechanical Engineer, bachelor / Master degree, high knowhow level of metal forming applications (both theoretical as practical experience).

2 Good knowledge of the properties of CNC programs

3 Very well trained in

3.1 2-D design (Autocad)

3.2 3-D design (preference to Autodesk Inventor)

3.2.1 ( additional training will be organized if required)

4 Good knowledge of quality related standards (Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing)

1 Good notices of English, able to communicate with international colleagues in Europe and USA
