主要职责Main Responsibilities：

- In charge of the recruiting activities for open positions (office staff & Indirect Worker), including advertisement posting, shortlist providing, interviewing and reference check etc.

- Coordinate candidates selection & hiring decision making process. To meet the personnel requirement from hiring departments.

- keep and sort records for all candidates and establish & update talent pool;

- Review and update Job Descriptions with each department annually;

- Maintain and develop recruitment channels, recruitment website and head-hunters;

- Other tasks assigned by HR Manager;

任职资格Qualifications：

- Bachelor degree with majoring in human resource management.

- Above 5 years working experience in recruitment function in manufacturing plant. Automotive industry preferred.

- Firm knowledge in the application of modern communications technology (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, Word) .

- Fluent in spoken and written English.

索格菲（苏州）汽车部件有限公司在吴江有两家制造工厂，其中一家工厂位于采字路456号，主要生产汽车悬挂部件，产品包括稳定杆、扭力杆、螺旋弹簧等。这些产品专门用于汽车、轻型及重型商务车、工程机械和铁路机车。另一家工厂位于庞金路1028号，专业研发生产发动机系统里的进气系统、冷却模块、油滤模块等。索格菲苏州的主要客户包括世界著名的汽车和工业车辆制造商奔驰，宝马，奥迪，福特，雪铁龙等。
