基本要求：英语能进行口语交流。具备一定管理经验。能看懂图纸。性格沉稳，认真负责。

Reporting to Business Manager & Switzerland
Responsibilities
> Coordinate and liaise with Business Manager and Switzerland to set up new production line and production processes to ensure that manufacturing activities comply with the production plan, production orders, specifications and drawing sets
> Overall responsible for the plant’s daily operations, including production, quality assurance, timely delivery of products, security and safety of the production environment, etc.
> Timely preparation and execution of production plan to ensure adequate manufacturing capability to meet longer term market product demand, and arrange work orders
> Responsible for the management and update of plant documentation
> Responsible for purchasing and quality controls from incoming deliveries until final product delivery to customer
> Ensure the realization of technical safety measures in the production facilities
> Improve/upgrade operation system and procedure to attain an efficient and cost effective manufacturing operation
> Liaise with Technical Departments of KANYA headquarters to resolve technical problems immediately
Requirements
> Diploma or Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
> Minimum 5 years experience in workshop supervision in a foreign-owned manufacturing company
> Sound team management and problem-solving skills
> Strong hands on skills and experience in machining of aluminum and in assembling, electric wiring experience would be a plus
> Strong know-how to read and understand technical CAD-drawings
> Skills to program CNC machines, some maintenance experience for machines would be a plus
> Good communication and interpersonal skills
> Mother tongue in Mandarin; sufficient level in spoken and written English
> Skilled in MS Office, CAD-System know-how would be a plus
