POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor Degree (or above) in Mechanical Engineering.

2. At least 3 years working experience for mechanical product design, experience knowledge of receiver, speaker & acoustic product design is preferred.

3. Proficient in Creo WindChill & AutoCAD operation.

4. Knowledge of GD & T, Stack-up analysis is must.

5. Able to analyze product defect and mold manufacturability and provide solution to enhance production capability.

6. Good knowledge of Injection or Metal, and Painting is preferred.

7. Experience knowledge of acoustics, electrics or cable is preferred.

8. Creative and aggressive, self-directed.

9. Strong project management capability and communication skill.

10. CET-4 certificate or above, good oral and written English skills required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Mechanical design for new product (RIE, receiver, speaker, connector). Complete detailed 3D &2D drawings.

2. Design Product assembly, inspection fixtures & package.

3. Complete prototype samples development, test and evaluation.

4. Responsible for complete DFMA, stack-up analysis, mechanical structure optimization.

5. Responsible for mold development, technical review with vendor, to make product smooth, till MP.

6. Work with AME for root cause analysis studies and corrective action plan implementation to improve yield.

7. Work with Program manager & AME to complete product phase building & document from EVT, DVT, PVT & ramp.

8. Work with QA to define qualification plan for product perform.

9. Complete mechanical engineer report of technical findings & achievements.

10. Complete SPR samples from sales request, material preparation, building plan, test & data analysis.
