Key Responsibility主要职责:
Work with electrical assembly manager, the assemblers and any other technical support from German to develop assembly process, work instructions, and control plan to ensure a fluent and repeatable manufacturing flow, high work efficiency, and robust product quality.
在电气装配经理和装配人员支持协助下，编制装配工艺流程，作业指导书和控制计划，确保流畅和准确的装配流程，高效的工作效率，和持续的产品优良品质。

Job Description工作描述:

1 Understand working principle of electronic part of electrical cabinet理解电气柜电子部件的装配工作原理
2 Develop assembly process diagram for the electrical cabinet of machine tools编制机床电气柜的装配工艺流程
3 Develop assembly work instructions for the use of assemblers编制装配作业指导书
4 Develop control plan for the assembly process编制装配过程的作业指导书
5 Design assembly fixtures设计装配工艺装备
6 Layout design/improvement for assembly area based on 5 S principles基于5S和精益原则设计和优化装配区域的布局
7 Work with identified trainers to train the operators和培训员共同培训装配工人
8 Process audit based on process diagram, work instructions, and control plans基于装配流程、作业指导书和控制计划开展工艺流程审核
9 Support sourcing function for parts localization as required如需要，支持采购部门进行零部件的国产化工作
10 Do value analysis to reduce our costs开展价值分析以降低产品成本
11 Other tasks as assigned by the electrical assembly manager其他由电气装配经理布置的工作

Qualification and Specification要求:

1 Bachelor or master degree, major in /Mechatronic/Electronic engineering,机械、机电一体化或电子专业大学本科或硕士毕业
2 Good command of English, can use English as working language, can listen, read, speak and write in English良好的英语读说听写能力，能使用英语作为工作语言
3 years experience in machinery company, work as process engineering or manufacturing engineering 2 years minimum 3年以上机械工厂的工作经验，至少两年从事工艺工程师的经历
4 Know all MS Office functions Electric CAD system ePlan P8 and when possible SAP R/3熟练使用办公软件和制图软件，了解ERP系统
5 A good team player, a good problem solver具备团队合作精神，能独立解决问题
