POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Assist HR Team to do the daily personnel work in Haimen.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
What are the principal responsibilities of this job?

1.Assist HR Team to ensure successful TEAMS process.
2.Assist HR Staffing Team to ensure smooth staffing process (inc.worker’s job posting, work’s cv screaming, worker’s interview arrangement, on board process, etc.)
3.Leave and attendance statistics.
4.Holiday Notice draft and publish out.
5.Personnel file maintenance and update.
6.Headcount and Labor Turnover statistics.
7.Assist to calculate monthly staff benefits
8.Monthly reports (Manpower, Standard Reports, PC&FTE, etc.)
9.Staff medical insurance card distribution.
10.Office Administration
11.Support other HR functions if needed.
12.Any other duty assigned by HR Manager.

SCOPE & DIMENSIONS:
(May include team size led by the incumbent, internal and external working relationship, budget, P&L numbers, geographic scope etc.)
Internal :
Report to HR Manager of Jiangsu Tyson (or Haimen Tyson.)
Communicate with all departments in Jiangsu Tyson (or Haimen Tyson.)
Closely connect with Tyson China Corporate HR.
Provide professional service to all staff.
External:
Build up good relationship with local Labor Bureau, Social Insurance Bureau, House Fund Bureau and other government agencies.
Well communicate with other relative company or vender.


KEY COMPETENCIES & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
(Include both technical know how and soft skills such as communication skill etc)
Above college degree
Excellent ability of cooperation and communication.
Has clear working attitude of accurate, meticulous and carefulness.
Good command of English
Familiar with computer system
