Job Requirement:
1 Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD etc.)..
2 Outstanding English skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
3 Systematical working style, good communication and coordination ability.
4 Teamwork: Building cooperation among individuals and departments, sharing information and resources, and working to achieve group goals and outcomes
5 Minimum of 2 years experience to facilitate or lead the Kaizen / continues improvement workshop.
6 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management or related field？
7 2 years or more experience with lean implementation in assembly environments.
8 A demonstrated understanding of Lean principles

Job Description:
1 Responsible for Kiekert Idea Management, conduct regular review, track the good ideas and follow them to realize, document all the best ideas and maintain the information for sharing
2 Support to build and implement Kiekert Production System
3 Assist and support the continous improvement projects
4 Assisting in necessary Lean theoretical training based on the requirement of all departments (Such as 5S，SMED，TPM，Pull system,etc)
5 Other relevant tasks arranged by supervisor for achieving company’s objectives

2 协助构建和实施凯毅德生产系统
3 协助持续改进项目的进展
4 根据各部门实际需求协助提供相关精益生产各项培训
