Responsibility:

主要职责：

1. Will be fully responsible to maintain and repair all equipments in whole company, and to manage and evaluate the people in maintenance department.

全面负责生产车间厂房设施、设备的维护、维修以及设备维修部的管理工作。

2．Check the equipment by daily.

检查生产设备的日常运行状况

3. Establish the equipment maintenance and repair plan, technological transformation plan.

编制设备维修保养计划，技术改造计划

4. Organize/implement the equipment repair and technological transformation.

组织和实施设备大修或技术改造

5. Organize the equipment daily maintenance to ensure the production operating everyday normally.

组织下属进行设备设施的日常维修，保证生产正常运行

6. Establish and update the equipment operating standards, maintenance and repair standards.

编制并完善设备操作规程及日常维修保养规程

7. Implement training to maintenance technician and operators, check and evaluate their skills.

对下属进行技能培训及考核

8. Make out the purchasing plan of spare parts according to the maintenance repair parts and plan. Control the maintenance cost.

编制维修配件采购计划,并控制设备维修费用

9. Keep and update machinery documents and update the record every day.

整理设备技术资料并存档

10. Establish and improve the equipment record continuously.

建立并不断完善设备档案

11. Organize the equipment management meeting, report the machine service condition and provide the improvement suggestion.

组织召开设备管理会议，通报设备使用情况，提出改善意见

12. Keep improvement of equipment safety.

对设备安全进行不断的改善

13. Training to the new maintenance engineer.

对新设备使用者进行技术培训

14. Daily problem solve the on the device and give support of the equipment trouble shooting any time if needed.

处理设备维修中遇到的难题，进行临时故障抢修

Request:

任职要求：

1. College above, mechanical electrical and electrical engineer major.

大专或大专以上，机电或电气工程专业

2. At least 8 years experience in equipment maintenance.

至少8年以上设备维修、设备管理经验

3. Have strong understanding and working experience for electrics, and must have electrician certificate.

对电路、电气设备有相当深入的了解和实际的工作经验，有电工证。

Skill:

技能：

1. Good skill for Microsoft office and AutoCAD.

熟练使用办公软件和AUTOCAD.

2. Good Siemens PLC programming skills

良好的PLC编程技能

注：工作地点在太仓市
