职位描述
Reports directly to the Senior Project Coordinator.
? Responsible for the overall quality on site and coordination between the various parties to ensure quality.
? Responsible for executing the Campus QA Program with particular reference to building technology, scheduling and materials quality/testing.
? Supports the Senior Project Coordinator with project controls, estimating and cost management.
? Supports the Senior Project Coordinator in the prompt review and approval of vendor/contractor payment requests.
? Supports the Senior Project Coordinator in all matters related to procurement
? Ensures the fast and effective exchange of information on site
? Ensures that the M+W site safety programme is adhered to
? Supports M+W in ensuring the correct execution of works on site
? Supports M+W on site with constructive problem solving of construction/technical issues
? Provides fast feedback to Senior Project Coordinator/Project Managers of any difficulties or challenges arising from the lack of detail planning or lack of documents on site.
? Acts as a ‘Clerk of Works’ liaising, coordinating, advising and ensuring correct works on site
