职位描述
Position: Senior Perso Engineer
Main tasks
1,Lead and manage any IPE related project assigned by manager.
2,Work with Corporate and Business Unit interface to manage new product /customer / specifications during industrialization phase.
3,Liaise with corporate technical support teams eg PSE, CPC and technical consultant to investigate the personalization issues during production and explore for immediate and long term solutions.
4,Support production for electrical failure analysis detected during initialization and personalization of SIM during production.
5,Assist manager for continuous improvement of data generation process efficiency to meet daily production loading requirement.
6,Optimize perso process through development of new software tools or introduce new process flow.
7,Provide perso process related training to related staff / operators.
8,Ensure all personalization related equipments are installed with up-to-date software and with good configurations. Provide 1st level support when roduction facing any issues.
9,Support audit from both internal and external customers, ensure all perso process and equipments are compliant with the company's security policy, security strategy and the relevant standard operation procedures to ensure the security of the company’s properties (information, technologies and products).
10,Support other departments on different projects for plant KPI improvement.
Requirements: Knowledge and skills
1,Bachlor’s degree or above in Electronic, computer science field.
2,3 ~ 5 year working experience．
3,Knowledge in IC chip product / test engineering.
4,Knowledge in project management.
5,Software knowledge in C++ programming language, Visual Studio, Microsoft Office. VB
Interpersonal and communication skill 6,Fluent in mandarin and English speaking.7,Leadership
8,Good communication and management skill
9,Independent and work with minimum supervision
10,Willing to learn and learn fast.
11,Teamwork spirit
