职位描述
Responsibility
Daily operation: order input, scheduling, shipment, invoice, A/R, complaints, keeps close track on the progress of order accomplishment.
Focus on customers’ satisfaction.
Carries out annual customer satisfaction survey and analysis.
Focus on the department’s KPIs, have records for the outstanding points to analyze reasons and find the counter measure.
Coordination and communication with cross functional roles and departments.
Maintain good relationship and keeps close communication with customers to understand customer’s production plan and get real forecast.
Visiting customer regularly to enhance communication when necessary.
Have a good control on sales forecast and output, inventory level (raw material and finish goods), OTD, premium freight charge.
Internal process and procedure management.
People management
Reasonable and effective work assignments.
Regularly reviewing and coaching with the team.
Encouraging and motivating the team
Monthly reports, analysis and meetings.
Supporting to sales and AE team upon request.
Facilitate Customer Service In house-Training when required
Any other work assigned by line manager.
Requirement:
Professional secretarial skills and interpersonal skills: Communication, Telephone
Customer oriented;
Hard working and strong service attitude, cheerful personality (friendly, patient, positive, etc.).
Self-esteem, can work effectively under pressure.
Good command of computer skills, and familiar with Office software, especially Word, Excel and PPT.
Good planning skill
Problem solving skill
Team work
University degree, within 5 relative working experiences
Good written and verbal English; basic financial and analysis skills;
