Job Reponsibility:
·         The purpose of the Business Analyst is to be involved in the prequalification of customers as well as operational fulfillment of services provided by Cuscapi to the customer.
·         Understand the existing client's environment, identify the gaps between Cuscapi's solution and the customer's environment, suggest viable options/solutions/workarounds to resolve the gaps and be involved in the implementation of the proposed solution.
·         Obtain customer agreement and sign off on the proposed solution
·         Perform regular analysis on customer's production data to understand current revenue and profit trends
·         Develop promotion programs for F&B customers to facilitate of revenue through Cuscapi's solution.
·         Review the promotion with the F&B customers and perform mutually approved modification
·         Configure the approved promotion into Cuscapi's proposed solution in testing, staging and production environment.
·         Review the proposed user interface design to ensure operational feasibility and practicality.
·         Provide operational test scenarios to be used during the project implementation of the proposed solution
·         Participate in the testing of the proposed solution, where required
·         Provide support for user acceptance testing, operational testing and implementation, where required
·         Assist in the preparation of solution deployment
·         Conduct operational training to the customers or internal teams, where required.
·         Perform regular reviews on the promotion performance, identify and recommend improvement areas should the current promotion in production not meet the required targets
·         Provide input to the product development team on the operational gaps of the proposed solution
·         Assist in providing innovative ideas, concepts to meet business and operational challenges within the F&B industry
·         Regularly report and communicate status, issues and risks to the assigned line manager or project manager.
·         Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, other 3rd party vendors within the customer's organisation as well as their end customers.
·  Ensure that the documentation is updated and uploaded to the designated knowledge repository.

Requirement：
·    Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology
·    Business Analysis
·    Food & Beverage industry experience
·    Marketing & advertising (advantage)
·    Customer Relationship Management Experience
·    Implementation /Deployment Experience
·    Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
·    Strong Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
·    Strong presentation and multi-tasking skills
·    Ability to think quickly and adapt to unforeseen challenges at a moment's notice
·    Independent and capable of working under own initiative, under pressure and tight deadline as well as within a team
