Segment Sales Work
As the Senior Sales Manager in the Segment Telecom you develop main customer in your segment self dependently and in co-operation with colleagues in the sales team, strengthen the segment sales structure and develop the efficiency of the sales team.
You grow the established business within your segment in accordance with our company’s targets. You and your team will focus on key account companies and develop the relationships to involved distributors. Hereby you will practice the Roxtec sales process to follow and penetrate all levels of the pyramid of actors (owner, designer & EPC companies, contractor, installer).
Your special focus hereby will be to follow and expand the existing business, but also develop and realize new business opportunities with potential customer in the regions and local key cluster that have been defined and agreed with you.
You are aware of competitor activity and strategically plan to maintain advantage.
You make informed decisions on product and concept development and then build an effective strategy for your working unit.
You communicate your strategy to the National Segment Director / Managing Director and ensure everyone has the same vision.
You will review and report weekly to the National Segment Director and in his absence to the Managing Director about customer and project development and inform about trends and changes within your industry.
You discuss and handle contract and price agreements as well as discounts, payment terms, late delivery penalties and also the conditions for your sales cost budget only in co-operation with the National Segment Director.

Team Work
You practice very good co-operation with other sales team member in order to guarantee a successful cross-segment project execution and solve any possible conflict of interest.
You have a constant interaction with the National Segment Director in order to update and ensure the segment project related product deliveries according customer needs. This includes you provide accurate estimates and forecast.
You will be active part of the AR collection process and the controlling of the related to your business segment’s outstanding amounts.
