Responsibility:

1.Monitor, supervise and closely work with internal departments, event agency and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of the marketing events such as exhibitions, seminars, forums etc.
2.Record the expenditure on the Marketing events and classify all the costs according to the budget plan, coordinate with finance
3.Responsible for CRM system
4. Responsible for supporting integrating web marketing solutions

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, PR or equivalent.
2.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing;
3.Good command of office application software, such as Excel, Word, Power point, Acrobat, etc.
4. Excellent communication skills;
5.Good administration and documentation skills;
6. Ability to work to strict deadlines and get result;
7.Strong customer focused attitude.
8. Experience with a proven record of executing high-impact, results-oriented marketing events. more than 5yrs in marketing fuction.
9. International work experience, in terms of business and culture preferred.
- Mastering paid search advertisement (Google AdWords, AdSense, Baidu PPC)
- Mastering SEO
- Designing of E-mailing.
- Web metrics & KPI tools: Google Analytics
- Programming web sites (Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, Photoshop, Javascript, XML).
- Support Marketing Communication Manager in the execution of marketing activities
