Responsibilities职责:

1. Responsible for direct marketing campaigns planning and implementation control as well as marketing
communications research for the China area.

2. Responsible for building, analyzing, maintaining, and managing the database of target market customers, plan, organize and evaluate direct marketing campaigns via email, postage, tele and manage the regional marketing executives in implementing these campaigns to maximize the effectiveness to support market penetration and business growth.

3. Maintain good relationship with industrial associations, industrial experts, and design institutions. Deliver product and solution information, collect and analyze target market customer information to optimizing the database for integrated marketing communications campaigns planning and implementation.

4. Well leverage the company internet for direct marketing campaigns. Project information sorting and updating
for sales leads, track records of successful leads and evaluating database vendors.

5. Organize and implement marketing communications research activities such as branding survey, customers satisfaction survey, campaigns effectiveness survey, providing data analysis and constructive suggestion for maximizing integrated marketing campaigns effectiveness.

6. Have website maintenance experience is prefered.

Qualifications要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in marketing, communication, experience in market research and database marketing.

2. 4+ years experience in multinational work environment and at least 2 years experience in consulting or direct marketing company or on in house direct marketing role.

3. Proactive, independent, disciplined, detailed, team working, strong communication skills, analytic and
problem solving, quickly adapting to the changing environment.

4. Good command in English and MS office software, good at database managment software (excel etc.).
