职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage all LEC PMO activities.
2. Be responsible for successful delivery of LEC projects.
3. Report Status to Senior Management and client.
4. Manage PM team to achieve company targets.
5. Manage risk of LEC project activities.
6. Act as a senior contact for client programmes.
7. Ensure margin and EBIT project targets are achieved.
8. Develop a regime that secures repeat business.
Support Sales activity through:
1. Taking on role of capture manager when required.
2. Activity and cost planning in support of proposals.
3. Ensure clarity of deliverables in proposal.
4. Confirm technical buy into technical deliverables and corresponding resource and timing plans.
5. Preparation & delivery of sales presentations.
Manage, Develop and implementation of CIP activities.
Coaching/mentoring junior staff.
Requirements
1. Degree/HNC in Engineering or associated management qualification.
2. Engineering or supervisory experience, which some should have been in a similar planning and delivery role and reporing to senior management level. Experience of business case development and maintenance.
3. Problem solving skill, Management skill, General PC skill.

4. Experience of project management either at an OEM or tier 1 supplier, Technical background.
5. Outgoing/confident nature and ability to work as part of a team. Should possess very high degree of self motivation. High-level leadship qualities.

Anthony Colin Bruce Chapman was born in 1928 in Richmond on the outskirts of London. He built his first competition car (the Lotus Mark 1) in 1948. This car, loosely based around an Austin 7, marked a turning point in motor racing history and the rise of the greatest of all British sports car companies. So successful was this first car and subsequent designs, that within a few years Chapman was producing some of the most acclaimed sports cars in history, and 12 years later went on to win in Formula 1.

This philosophy is to gain performance advantage through the use of lightweight materials, and to apply engineering and mechanical concepts from other disciplines to give ingeniously simple solutions. The design gives efficiency by lightweight, effective use of economical material, maximum return for fuel burned in the engine and cornering power. The most elegant, effective and traditionally Lotus solution is the one with the least number of parts, effectively deployed”.
