Job Requirements:
1.Degree or Professional Diploma holder, preferably in Chemistry, Polymer, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering related;
2.Working experience in similar value chain or technical support function is needed;
3.Working experience in electronics OEM /EMS production/processing preferred;
4.Good presentation capability and English skill especially in writing;
5.Ability to work independently, while being essentially a committed team player;
6.Willing and able to have hands-on activities at customer’s production line;
7.Good PC (MS-Office) skills;
8.Willing to travel.

Job Description:
1.The Senior Technical Support Engineer serves target customers located in assigned geographic territory defined by tesa Electronics/IPM department for technical issues in order to support project spec-in and secure buying projects in relevant field;
2.He / She will mainly focus on mature solutions for general tape applications to serve the customers in target market segments, and support to maintain existing business of tesa and acquire deserved organic growth;
3.On field support in customer site with process and application oriented is one of the main task and he/she is also the connection between sales and RD lab to design and arrange applications test to support related projects;
4.He / She will transfer the knowledge from IPM/RD and also his / her experience on common technical solutions to sales and customers by give regular training to internal customers and external customers;
5.He / She will need to travel over 50% of working time to cover north China Electronics/IPM customers support.
