You'll assist the Training Manager in managing the hotel's training function, as well as, act as the primary point of contact for enquiries regarding training. You'll coordinate all training programs for hotel staff, monitor the progress of each department's training plans and liaise with educational institutions conducting hospitality and training courses. In addition, you'll maintain all staff's training records and current information of suppliers of training resources and materials.
Ideally, you'll have 2 years experience in an administrative role, strong organisational and time management skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
