Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
• Support Electric principle engineer to conduct combined cycle power plant integration and optimization;
• Help review auxiliary electrical equipment specification, design and system calculations, specifications and drawings to execute balance of plant engineering for combined cycle power plants;
• Help review that the GE project design basis is met for all engineering activities.
• Extensive interface and coordination with various engineering teams of GE and partners,
• Help maintain budget and schedule awareness throughout project. Support construction and commissioning activities to achieve aggressive project schedules.
• Support initiatives related to design practice development, competitiveness and standardized equipment specifications.
• Develop documentation/drawings to ensure effective reviews and engineering application.
• Participate in all facets of assigned project such as: bid support, requisition support, operational requirements, vendor equipment evaluations, plant test philosophy development (for guarantee verifications), and operational problem resolutions.
• Support projects in China and China EPC project oversea.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Master or bachelor Engineering degree
• Majored on electrical system
• Knowledge on power generation
• Insights on power equipment such as generator, transformers, etc.
