Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities
• Own the Sales, Margin and Orders Operating Plan for Thermal Products business for the assigned customer base in China
• Own the business relationship with assigned customers at all levels
• Understand customers’ CTQ’s and provide solutions for the assigned customers by working closely with Services Sales team
• Own customer satisfaction and work with different departments in the business to drive solutions for product issues
• Identify opportunities to drive business growth in thermal power generation market
• Understand and analyze market dynamics to recommend product strategy to leadership team
• Promote/launch new products in China and drive growth for LBTU applications in steel mills and coal-chemical industry.


Qualifications/Requirements
• Own the Sales, Margin and Orders Operating Plan for Thermal Products business for the assigned customer base in China
• Own the business relationship with assigned customers at all levels
• Understand customers’ CTQ’s and provide solutions for the assigned customers by working closely with Services Sales team

Desired Characteristics

• Demonstrated knowledge of power industry market, products and services.
• Proven commercial and sales experiences in closing complex contractual agreements, preferably in power industry.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to effectively lead multi-functional teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs.
• High proficiency in utilizing analytical software and sales tools. (SFDC, Excel, etc.)
