• 配合地区代理商，专注于伟肯变频器的市场开拓;
• 主动寻求系统集成商、工程公司、设计院等合作伙伴进行项目拓展；
• 根据公司经营战略编制区域年度销售计划，预算计划，完成公司年度该区域销售计划
• 行业项目信息收集与整理；
• 定期致电合作用户和潜在客户，提供产品选型支持，推广伟肯新产品及其应用；
• 定期进行相应区域的销售预测，并每星期进行销售工作总结
• 制定项目跟踪计划，组织与用户的交流，落实具体项目进度；
• 与客户、相关主管部门、销售渠道维持良好关系；
• 及时反馈客户、竞争者与市场导向信息；
• 负责与用户销售合同的签订与执行，安排售后服务；

岗位要求：

• 大学本科以上学历，自动化控制或电气工程类专业毕业；
• 5年以上工业自动化产品销售背景，至少3年以上从事项目销售经验；
• 熟悉变频器产品技术要求和行业应用，了解变频器市场动态；
• 具备独立客户开发及项目拓展能力；
• 具有较强的沟通能力与人际交往能力，能够与各层领导保持良好关系；
• 外向积极，面对压力有良好心态和足够的承压能力；
• 良好的沟通能力和开拓精神，富有责任心及团队合作精神；
• 具有一定的英文书面沟通能力；
• 能够适应经常性出差；

• Work closely with regional distributor and dedicated focus on project sales of VACON products locally
• Project development within channels of SI, Engineering company and design institute etc.
• Work out the regional annual sales plan, the budget, and accomplish the tasks in compliance of company strategy for regional distribution
• Gather and formulate projects information
• Make sales calls on regular customers and potential customers on a periodic basis, provide solution support and product selection, and assist new products and application launching
• Make sales forecast for assigned region, and provide pipeline report weekly
• Issue project visiting plan, organization of technology exchange meeting with customers to carry out project progress
• Keep good relationship and well communication with customer, business partner, managerial department and sales channels
• To feedback customers, market trends and news of competitors duly
• To execute contract bidding issues including arrangement of after-sales service

• Bachelor degree in automation control and electronic engineering or above
• 5 years sales experience of automation products but a minimum 2-3 years prior experience in project sales
• Know how about AC Drives product, technology and application in certain industry, thorough familiarity of market trends of PLC and drive.
• Capability of business development and project development independently
• Ability of communication, negotiation with all levels of customers
• Good personality, optimistic, extrovert and can work under high pressure
• High responsible, proactive, self-motivated, team worker, customer focus and result oriented
• Can adapt frequent traveling
