JD

1.Overall responsible for standardized product including BOM, design, manufacturing and product cost.

2.Act as primary technical liaison with product managers/stake holders in overseas divisions in USA/Australia/Europe.

3.Responsible for setting up/maintain product manufacturing bill of material to optimize material flow and manufacturing efficiency.

4.Initiate, identify and conduct product cost improvement activities across the organization;

5.Project management on standard product sales order from order receipt to completion through manufacturing;

6.Guide supply chain development to ensure product quality and cost is met.

7.Work with stake holders in other divisions to optimize product design for manufacturability and reduce logistic cost.

8.Responsible for standardization of products insourced from other divisions according to established Stage Gate Process.

Qualification

1.Mechanical or similar knowledge university educated;

2.3-5 years experience in manufacturing process engineering in heavy fabrication/machining/assembly industry;

3.1-3 years experience on project management preferred but not a must.

4.Team work and excellent interpersonal skill is a must.

5.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

6.Ability to manage and conduct effective technical meetings.

7.Oracle 11i ERP experience will be a plus;

8.Experience in foreign companies is preferred;

9.Sound English level in reading, speaking and writing;

10.At least 2-year experience in using AutoCAD, competent for drafting.

11.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Power Point and Word.

12.Strong desire for driving product improvement.
