1.Responsible for the cost management function including product costing, project costing inventory valuation, maintaining the cost system, evaluating standard costs.

2.Monitor & control the Mfg system transactions and correcting the non-compliant transaction records in Oracle. Identify, analyze and present all components of Product COGS.

3.Prepare monthly cost analysis and margin analysis on variances, scrap ratio, etc. for management team and identify the cost improvement opportunities including materials, labor and factory overhead

4.Prepare the inventory report (ITR, Aging etc.) on a monthly basis. Monitor the inventory transactions, movement and turn rate.

5.Be responsible for monthly closing on costing, variance allocation, inventory, etc. to make sure close on time and the accuracy.

6.Analyze all standard cost variances, work with the operating personnel to understand causes and ensures that action is implemented to correct the issues.

7.Act as co-leader for the annual physical inventory count and valuation. Explanations for differences are also indicated in this responsibility.

8.Responsibility for establish internal control procedures regarding inventory and cost.

Requirements:

1.Qualification bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting, PRC CPA / ACCA is preferred.

2.Good communication skill and team spirit, accountable and responsible.

3.More than 4 years working experiences recently in manufacturing costing in MNC is must.

4.Solid knowledge on PRC GAAP and IFRS.

5.Solid knowledge of using an ERP system, Oracle is preferred

6.Good verbal and written English communication skills.
