Responsibilities / 工作职责
1、Process daily purchase requisitions / 每天处理采购需求

2、Place all daily purchase orders in a timely manner / 在规定的时间及时下采购订单

3、Actively reduce the costs of products through negotiations and benchmarking / 通过与供应商谈判降低产品成本

4、Ensure orders in the system are acknowledged by the supplier and entered into SAP / 采购订单在供应商确认后及时更新维护入系统

5、Monitor supplier delivery performance and progress purchase orders in line with delivery promise and urgent customer requirements. Update POM and communicate with customer service accordingly / 控制供应商的交货准时率,确保交期满足客户需求.更新POM,并将交期变化及时反馈给客服

6、Negotiate with supplier to get better payment term / 和供应商谈判取得更好的账期

7、Liaise with suppliers in case of quality rejects / 和供应商协调处理质量退货

8、Pay suppliers in line with agreed payment terms and do not allow any invoice to be unpaid after six months / 申请付款,管理发票并及时提交财务

9、Other task as assigned by superior / 完成其他上级主管交办的任务

Experience & Qualification / 所需经验及专业技能
1、At least 2 year experience in a fast moving commercial role including supplier management and cost down culture / 至少有两年从事紧固件采购工作经验

2、Computer Literate MS Office to include Excel and Word / 精通计算机办公软件

3、Good problem solving ability& Good communications skills / 具有良好的问题解决和沟通能力

4、Familiar with SAP MM/SD module / 熟悉SAP系统
