Responsibilities:
o Manage China display team in both Shanghai & Beijing design center for display controller engine IP development and deployment
o Leadership: Growing team technical strength, developing organizational capability, improving delivery quality, setting goals for the work group and align with Vertical Display IP team on strategy and road map.
o Communicates project execution strategy and ensures understanding of strategy, priorities and impact to the team. Provides clear, effective and timely communication of project execution direction and changes. Effectively addresses exceptions and troubleshoots where needed.
o Identifies and communicates key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate team of direct reports promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results.
o Supports the implementation of company programs to ensure the success of the Company.
o Planning and Execution: Developing strategic and operational plans included resource planning for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results:
o Work with manager for high level project execution plan
o Oversee project execution with high quality deliverable and meet all pre-defined milestones in time
o Timely communication with functional lead, counterpart and project lead to communicate status/risks and helps may need
o Business Requirements: Providing functional expertise and executing functional
o Manages relationships with functional team to ensure compliance of functional business objectives.
o Provides resources needed for teams to meet schedules. Reviews schedules and work flow to anticipate needs. Prioritizes work effectively and align with company strategy. Communicates resource shortfalls to up management team in a timely manner.
o Team Building : Providing coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams:
o Responsible for team development & staffing, performance reviews, goal setting, and career coaching
o Provides timely coaching, direction and leadership support to team members in order to achieve business objective.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
o Master or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
10+ years of relevant experiences in related industry
o In management position with global company and leading a team with 20+ engineers for 5+ years with Multi-site experience
o Excellent English communication skills in both speaking and written.
o Strong knowledge with C/C++, Verilog, Synthesis, Timing, Physical Design process
o Strong experience of display specific-interconnection protocols (DisplayPort, HDMI, LVDS, VGA, DVI, etc) or Display process
o Plus on Graphic or real time display related knowledge
o Team player with open mind
