The Role:
Based in Shanghai office and reporting to the National Sales Director for China with a dotted line to the Sales Director for Asia Pacific Region. The incumbent has full responsibility for managing and developing the China and Nordics Tradelane sales business to achieve the company business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

· Develop business numbers in the incumbent’s assigned portfolio accounts
· Work closely with the sales team at both ends of the tradelane in securing new business, visiting customers and innovating new solutions for customers
· Support the development and analysis of the tradelane by providing timely and accurate reports to both China and Nordics
· Maintain the sales pipeline of the lanes
· Solve operational issues on the tradelane

Desired Skills & Experience:

· Degree holder in supply chain management or related principle.
· At least 5 years sales experience in international transportation and logistics industry preferred.
· Well versed with international business and global financial aspects
· Solid tradelane knowledge and familiar with customer psychology and purchasing pattern
· Strong business acumen and passion for sales
· Demonstrate good negotiation and sales skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Must be fluent in both oral and written English
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
