Report to: Sales & Marketing Director

职位描述:
1、负责指定区域的经销商开发和管理，建立地区项目资源体系；
2、积极拜访设计师，在项目设计上指定公司产品具体型号花纹；
3、积极拜访项目业主，根据工程需要，推荐相适应的产品，做好项目信息报备；
4、定期参加销售会议，制定工作计划，跟进项目，完成销售目标；
5、对项目信息进行收集分析，对客户需求进行判断汇总；参与项目竞标以达成销售；
6、进行渠道销售人员培训工作，并指导其完成销售任务。

任职要求：
1. 男女不限，本科以上学历，有相关设计专业或市场营销专业不限
2. 三年以上高端地材、厨具、卫浴及其它建材类产品市场销售经验
3. 熟悉建筑设计院、工程项目、室内设计、室内装饰业者为佳
4. 英语说、写流利者佳
